Products and Service bought on CAETPREP cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user. The money paid to purchase or subscribe to a paid service would not be refunded, unless there is a case of multiple payments for the same product or service by the same registered user.
If you have done multiple payments for the same product or service, please include details and send us via contact Us form.
All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.
